HRM 309 HR as Strategic Business Partner 3 unit(s) Analyzes the role of HRM in achieving organizational strategic objectives. Students will learn how to serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and how to be a change agent. Through case studies, practice developing strategic solutions to business problems using metrics and analyzing relevant data. Prerequisite(s): Complete a minimum of 21 units of the program.
