This elective course provides an internship experience in a U.S. healthcare setting specifically for students who may lack relevant healthcare experience. Students will relate their internship experience to the Master of Health Administration program coursework through seminar discussions and written assignments. This course is repeatable in all terms of the program. Each term will build upon the student’s internship experience and the MHA courses of the previous terms. Students typically will take this course for three units.
