PSYCH 812 Systems Leadership and Consultation in Mental Health Settings

This course prepares students for leadership and consultation roles within educational, organizational, and community systems. Topics include systems theory, change management, strategic communication, and evidence-informed consultation practices. Students will generate models for non-clinical leadership grounded in psychological principles and systemic thinking. Prerequisite(s): PSYCH 870.
