Topics include real estate markets and institutions, real estate project analysis, conventional and creative financing, governmental and tax-related issues, real estate investment products, yield analysis and decision models. Fulfills part of the educational requirements of the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) for salesperson and broker licensing; contact the DRE for more information.
