This course focuses on communicating data, and performance insights in clear, actionable formats for decision makers in modern organizations. In the AI-driven enterprise, effective visualization and storytelling are essential for translating complex analytics, and enterprise data into strategic insights that support performance management and operational decision-making.
Students will explore how data visualization, dashboards, and narrative techniques are used to monitor organizational performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and support enterprise performance management (EPM) processes.
Through hands-on exercises and a final project, students will design and develop interactive dashboards and visual analytics applications using modern business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
