MSBA 326 Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI

This course introduces students to the concepts, methods, and technologies used to derive predictive and generative value from business data in the age of Artificial Intelligence. Students will develop a practical understanding of machine learning, generative AI (GenAI), and emerging agentic AI systems, and how these capabilities are transforming decision-making in modern organizations. The course covers the end-to-end analytics workflow, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and deployment. Prerequisite(s): MSBA 300 , MSBA 302 , and MSBA 320 .
