What’s New

The changes below have been made since the 2019-2020 Law School Student Handbook PDF  was first published on June 21, 2019.

Revised Policy:

• Withdrawal Tuition Credit and Refund Policies  For Regular courses, refund period for dropped courses increased from 2 weeks to 3 weeks.

Revised Programs:

• Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, LLM : LLM 330E  was removed from list of required courses because LLM 344  was increased to 3 units.
• Estate Planning Certificate : LLM 330E  was removed from list of required courses because LLM 344  was increased to 3 units.
• Taxation, LLM : LLM 319  and LLM 300  were replaced with LLM 318  and LLM 328 .
• Taxation and Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, Dual LLM : LLM 330E  was removed from list of required courses because LLM 344  was increased to 3 units.
