Building on empirical research in the field, this certificate is designed to equip human resource managers with the tools necessary to find the right people to meet business objectives. Students will survey today’s workforce, the changing nature of work, the latest legal employment requirements and methods for recruiting, attracting and retaining engaged employees. Before the certificate courses can be completed, graduate writing and business proficiencies must be satisfied by taking ENGL 201 and BUS 201 at Golden Gate University.
