LAW - 897C Civil Litigation: Depositions
This course focuses on the practical and theoretical aspects of preparing for, taking and defending depositions in the course of litigation. Students will learn deposition strategies and questioning techniques using a variety of simulations to provide students with a wide array of contexts. The course is designed to give students continual practice and feedback in order to maximize skill-development, preparation and skills needed to handle clients, deponents and other lawyers to achieve optimal resolution of a case.
