LAW - 706P Lawyering: Privacy Law & Lawyering Fundamentals 2 unit(s) This course will examine global privacy laws, including California Consumer Privacy Act, General Data Protection Regulation, and the PATRIOT Act, with a focus on different cultural norms and the impact of rapidly developing technologies. Students will develop skills that will serve them in their profession, such as drafting, negotiation, privacy counseling, and problem solving.
